From the suspension notice:
"The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of PHOT because of
questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of information in the
marketplace and potentially manipulative transactions in PHOT's common stock.
The Commission acknowledges FINRA's assistance in this matter."
A while back, during a discussion of whether the "perps" transactions in any suspended stock could be identified, I believe it was stated that FINRA could readily make such determinations through the use of the "blue sheets".
I don't read a lot of suspension notices, but I haven't seen an acknowledgement of FINRA's assistance the likes of which appeared in PHOT's before. Perhaps it is an indication that FINRA noticed some inappropriate activity that will only be revealed in the fullness of time.
