Ranger, As I understand this, InterDigital filed a lawsuit in SDNY to restrain Nokia from disclosing the two exhibits in the PLA. the judge granted the restraining order, at least temporarily, and at this point, Nokia is not allowed to disclose those documents to anyone not listed in the Master Agreement.

What I don't get, is what authority the SDNY has to prevent an act that may occur overseas.

Probably the next step is for InterDigital to try and convince the UK judge that he does not need to see the exhibits.
