That deadline is not a real deadline. It was self imposed. Ed said it might be done early and held until 8/15 on Facebook.
But I do agree that the auditors (who were appointed in early March) will have had over 5 months to complete these audits for 8/15. That is absolutely ridiculous. There is nothing to audit in those years.
I'm starting to wonder about the cost of these audits. At an average of, say, $160 per hour... :/
I get your point and feel your pain, but in reality auditors work at their own pace and they get done when they get done. And, once you pick one, you are pretty much stuck with him/her/them until the end of it, unless one is willing to start over and take more time. IMHO.
I'm giving them a pass on the apps due to the complexities involved. Would have been better to have not issued a self-imposed deadline until they clearly were at the finishing stage and ready to go. IMHO.
we don't know what new global expansion is going on or what fime from wall street wants in ?
where we could slide down some the upside is truly out of this world
and deadlines just don't mean shit in a fast growing business when the business is growing fast things come about everyday that might make things better for us if a deadline is pushed back
