Received this email communication from Bill Delgado in May (just in case it helps with this topic):

"Hi [name removed]

Everything is on schedule. With that said, the schedule is as follows: DTC eligibility renewed; transfer agent; Audits. Total time to complete is estimated to be 7/31/14. Hope this helps.
