Ed dropped the first hint that this deadline would be missed when he said "should be on time" last week. Now Bill is confirming they will be late. In a PR earlier in the year Ed stated that the audits might be done EARLY but held until the last minute and released on 8/15 in the evening.

I will hold but this is bull$hit. Spend some money. Work the auditor on OT. I don't care. Get the filing out on 8/15. Stop failing to meet deadlines. It shows a lack of hustle and concern for timeliness. People are selling left and right due to lost confidence. Address the share structure now. Stop making your shareholders bleed!
