Thanks for the correction. Yes, they appear to be honest and independent from their posts here. Also both recommended boosting sales efforts for GTC from the beginning. A move that would have put us in a much better position now. I believe they would want to get accounting straightened out too.

I don't intend to be on the board as I would really not be able to tolerate gross incompetence or people who don't seem to act in an above board manner. But then maybe those are further attributes for people that should be on the board!

I would add business acumen (it is still a good word), including professionalism and intelligence.

Since it was stupid to invest in WSGI, most everyone on this message board would be disqualified for lacking the characteristic "intelligence".

You might want to scratch it off your list because no intelligent person would want to touch this company with a 10-foot pole.
