We don't disagree on what's in the filings we disagree on how each interpreted it.

I don't see $4ml in toxic funds and I don't beleive it will issue shares to pay its debt. I believe a majority of its debt are not from toxic fund as most assume, they are from insiders who will wait for the company to grow hence why I am not loosing sleep. It is perfectly fine for me that he issue shares to get rid of toxic funds.

I agree with your other comment that a reverse will,have to happen at some point, when and how is the key. If done when revenue is flying in, then it will not hurt shareholders. Kay will be smart to hold on until the market can solidly see revenue coming in to support any reverse Just IMO
