Seriousintent, read it again. The stock being issued is to pay tiny fractions of existing debt. If 110,385,400 shares equals $4,967 how many shares will ECDC have to issue to cover the $4+ million in Liabilities? Right now ECDC's share structure is out of SEC compliance even with the additional 9 billion Authorized. Good luck.
