Coastie: I don't remember 15K feet... As I said in an earlier post, we passed one in S Fla. on an air trip to the islands. It wasn't on our air map so we called the ATC who told us what is was. As I recall, it was about level with us which was about 7K feet. This was in 1999 or 2000.
