Ah. Makes sense. You've arrived at about the same place as me in terms of the likelihood of a contract (hopefully with announcement). Something more than 50-50 but less that a strong probability.

I haven't thought about break even, but somehow the cash outflows have to be a fair bit less than $10m.

For myself, I think it's going to be even steeper than you. They may see operating cash outflows of $4-5m in Q2, but they'll lose no more than $2m in net cash flow in Q3, and they'll break even in Q4. Enterprise cash is lumpy and may continue to be received upfront.
