Did you read yesterday's PR? It's about late filing.

Some are speculating it to do more with the merger, or lack of, that was the problem. It could be because they did not do the paperwork on that.
Or a number of other reasons.

ONLY the SEC and AEGY know for sure. All other comments are simply opinions at this point.

The truth has yet to be seen.
