I'm not. The SEC can ONLY SUSPEND TRADING OF A SECURITY FOR 2(TWO REASONS, those 2 (TWO) reasons are:

1) Late Filers (registrants only)
2) Securities FRAUD

Show us all the late filing by AEGY if they're weren't suspended for SECURITIES FRAUD??? LOL

Correct... you can't because AEGY was suspended for #2 NOT for being a late filer.

I've read the suspension notice along with hundreds of others and know exactly what it states.

What most refuse to understand is that when the company sells shares under "inadequate information" and/or "lack of current information" that IS SECURITIES FRAUD.

Really simple stuff...
