They didnt create a different entity with that. They would have registered a different domestic corp in florida and it would operate as a subsidiary if that was the case. How can you seperate the two as seperate entities?
Names and addresses of oficers and directors are filed with the state and are therefore available to anyone. Nevada requires this filing annually. They do not require notification of intervening changes. So you wont see a change in the nevada filing until next year is my guess.
