#127743 RE: tynich01 #127741

It appears you may not understand the purpose of registering so-called "foreign" corporations in states other than where a corporation is incorporated. It is needed for multiple reasons to be able to legally transact business in states other than the one in which it is incorporated. One reason is that the state requires taxes from income derived in its state.

PV Enterprises International, Inc. is clearly registered as a "foreign" corporation in Florida. It is not a subsidiary as was PV Enterprises, Inc. which was a domestic Florida entity.

If you read the first PDF filing in the link below, you will see the "Application by Foreign Corporation to Transact Business in Florida."

A foreign corporation is an extension of the main corporation, but is not a subsidiary.

A foreign corporation does not necessarily need to have the same officers as the primary corporation. Peter's changes to the officers of the FL foreign corporation did not change the officers of the primary Nevada corporation, which still has the three officers previously mentioned.

Companies should change their list of officers or directors whenever they occur to remain transparent. They do not need to wait for the annual list to update them.
