The Florida entity of the same name is considered a "foreign corporation."

Registration as a foreign corporation allows a company to operate in a state other than where it is incorporated. All of the stock being issued to the public for PVEI (PVEC) is from the Nevada parent company. The number of officers for its foreign corporation is irrelevant.
