SRGE - MSJ: That's where this all gets a little sticky. A little dicey. There was no valid agreement between bgl and MSJ. SRGE & MSJ had the agreement.

MSJ Scammed BGL by not honoring the JV option agmt.

It's time for bgl to move on and try to salvage something from their other properties.

BGL might have a lien aginst MSJ. But in fact that Null & Voids the contract. Am I correct?
