WRONG. The MSJ Scam ATTEMPTED to unilaterally cancel the JV agmt with BGL.

That is why the courts awarded BGL a Lien on Cinco.

Stay tuned, the court case should be heard relatively soon.

And MSJ's complicity in the SRGE Scam doesn't improve their chances of winning.
