This bothers me. It does not read like official news. It also sounds like the article was written before the close of the meeting. As if it is speculation rather than news. Has anyone found more information on the outcome.

I read this article and do not understand why the PPS did not sky rocket!

Obviously 800K docs is a ploy to slow things down and hope that the plaintiffs get in a hurry and miss something. Where I've worked in the past if we were ever hit with a FOIA our attorneys advised sending only the absolute minimum that addressed only the specifics of the request.
