Exactly. They didn't want GTAT and didn't buy them. They simply locked up their product because they have confidence GTAT can deliver since, they have proven themselves. So they threw gobs of money at them instead to build the infrastructure to provide the Sapphire Apple needs for their own products.
LQMT has had plenty of TIME and MONEY to prove they are capable of more than being just another dilutive penny company.
