Why?

Because China sees Mexico as its next huge consumer goods market. China and Mexico are already in advanced talks to trade using their own currencies, namely the Renminbi Yuan (China) and the Peso (Mexico).

In return, Mexico will be the provider of huge amounts of raw materials, mostly in the sphere of base and precious metals, and graphite.

Mr. Edwards appears ready to capitalise on this emerging trend and will use this entity to do so.
