Who said anything about proving fraud? PTQ and the shareholders of the Company own the gold concessions and the mine. Fifer's an employee of the Company. Just like a lot of other people. Many shareholders don't think he doing a very good job and want him out.
If the majority want him out then maybe he goes.

It's about that cut and dried IMO.

Explain to the board how the whole thing stops working if you take him out. It actually may work a lot better with him gone IMO.

Seems to me, there's not much left in Panama but some heap-leaching of low-grade ore. All I think the Panama Government wants from us is a clean up of Mojelon after it closes down. FQ can afford to "give something back", we can't.

The whole thing stops working if Fifer taken out of picture. Has anything been working lately? We are on the edge of bk and little or no money to continue production. I certainly don't call that working.

I said this before and I'll ask again...Has RF any experience running a profitable mining operation? Or was PTQ given to him because of his political connections?

I say "fire the whole bunch". Only thing worse would be letting sp go to zero...which certainly looks like where we're heading right now.

IMO, without credible management, institutions won't invest with us, banks won't loan money to us, and PP people are probably very pissed off at how PTQ has lost most of their money. Think they'll come back for seconds? I don't think so!!!
