When you look at it from the correct angle. This SCAM begins to show itself.

The BBoyz, MP, JB, WP, ect. are all on the same side ... The same SCAM team. They have simply rotated to the front of the SCAM from the back.

They "pretend" to battle over the worthless BillionDollarTech and they pretend to battle over the LOCH/CDEx company itself.... Always including "shareholders" so they can say ...

"The shareholders wanted this reorg ...or... The shareholders wanted that reorg" ...

And "thank goodness for the new team cause otherwise it would go BK and the shareholders would get nothing"

Etc etc.

Meanwhile ... The old team gets away "Scott Free" to enjoy their ill gotten millions in gains from scamming investors while the new team takes over the front of the scam.

Thank goodness for MP cause the BBoys were Scamming us"
..... Meanwhile ... The BBoys made millions for doing nothing and are now "glad to be gone" after they hired MP.

Think about it. How many pieces of BillionDollarTech are now junk ? How many times can this SCAM comoany keep fooling shareholders ?
