LOL! It's not personal knowledge, it is a matter of public record. Boone filed a form 144 with the SEC for that transaction.
Although now that I think about it, filing a 144 does not necessarily mean a transaction took place. OTOH, I can't possibly see how he would have let that filing expire without selling, not at around 5.00/share.
