Boone couldn't have cared less about having some worthless shares
disgorged when he sold 2 million shares at or near 5.00/share a year earlier.

He made his nest egg. The toothless shareholder lawsuit, spearheaded by Robert Stewrat and company worked out beautifully for the defendants.

It was almost like Stewrat was working for MP and the Boyz and not the shareholders.

Andy Badger was right.
