Just too add:

"NONE" of the DAC investors are non accredited, in other words, none of them are ordinary folks like myself and aren't included.

To be accredited you need to be valued at $x.

So far,what we do know now is, that the total $ input to DAC is what is reported in the SEC D filings for the 70% ownership of Ltas.

$3280 for one

Plus $650K as per the other

So the WSGI CEO sold LTAS for a portion of $653,280.

Oh well!
