Yes on the surface the deal reeks of incompetency. No provisions for maintaining our percentage even for a minimal time period, no royalties, no agreements or understandings of other product mixes or evolution, no IPO strategy nothing. Just some blind trust on the part of our CEO that shares may be worth a positive asset value for our company and therefore shareholders.

I agree with your assessment in general and do think another hire for BIB training and NIE reports including contracts to date of other relevant equipment along with baseline designation for the WASP indicate sales of substance are likely and sooner rather than later.

Naturally if we are right in those assumptions something smells extremely fishy!
