i see no evidence in the filings at all of volk being in debt to adams. if you've got some, cut and paste it with a link, please.
volk isn't friends with adams, either. what's some guy in a wealthy california suburb (volk) doing with an oil guy from KS? they were put together by the debt holders, who own the vast majority of this company.
the debt holders diluted the stock down so they could squeeze out retail. adams and volk sat by and let them do it, because IMO volk and adams aren't running the show here.
just my humble opinion.
