I agree and what evidence is there that Mr. Adams or his company
American Dynamic Resources was headed for bankruptcy.

And please explain how a 50,000 loan recorded in financial records can be liquidated by an "off the books" payment??

How would this be reflected in the balance sheet?

These comments to me just do not add up................
