Volk was in debt to Adams before the "merger" so there is a history between the two. I believe the filings that were previously posted showed a $50,000 loan. So it would seem that the $50,000.00 buyout price was simply on off the books repayment to a friend. Since we don't have any filings on ADR we don't know what kind of financial shape "ADR" or Adams was in. If Adams/ADR was looking at bankruptcy than he would have nothing to loose joining forces with Volk. What I see is two company's underwater and two buddies profiting off it the best they can. Adams gets repayment of debt, Volk gets to use the new mysterious company as a PR and stock selling push to make quick $$$$. Adams also was granted 35M shares to profit off the stock run..... Win Win for two defunct companies.
