I don't disagree with you and hope that you can get to the bottom of this mess and ALL involved are taken to task but, the alleged shenanigans with the stock have no bearing on the business. Volk got the cash, lots of it and there's no revenue generating business. Maybe the new deal will pan out, maybe not but certainly not much of the millions of dollars received from selling shares to toxic folks was invested in it.
How long do you believe a company should exist as a development stage company with large salaries, offices and no business?
