exactly why the FBI should be involved. surety financial, all the debt holders, volk and his offshore account -- let's turn over every single stone in this situation. if various parties are innocent, an investigation will bring that to light. on the other hand, if they've been colluding with each other to defraud retail investors, prison time may be the consequence. jmho.
