while the VM-179 asset was being litigated, it's possible volk had a built in excuse to remain quiet. however, post-settlement, there has been no reason for the company/IR to keep shareholders in the dark.

another clue here is volk never once made a plea to his retail shareholders to raise cash via private placements.

i'm beginning to think the catastrophic effect of toxic debt (price erosion) has been part of volk's "business model" for the last few years.

someone is getting rich off it, i would imagine many are, because as PR goes, it's the 300 lb elephant in the room. again i ask, what sort of company/IR firm says ABSOLUTELY NOTHING while the pps is destroyed for two years or more?

enough is enough. the $200K market cap, and all the elements carefully installed to keep it there -- these are the smoking guns regulators will notice immediately. jmho.
