That is exactly how I heard it too. I agree that as long as there
no shenanigans that should take 35 U.S.C. 101 off the table.

I also agree that Google's counsel did not address laches in the cross-appeal. I don't know what will come of that, but I take it as a positive.

I didn't like the tone of some the questions of the judges, but I have been told not to read too much into that, because judges can play games with the attorneys in the way they delivery the questions??? to trip them? trap them? Not sure what to call it.
