Dr V, I constantly see people that "BIG INVESTORS" are waiting on the side lines. I see it here and an numerous other boards. What i fail to understand is why they would sit on the side and wait for a higher price? If they are such large investors and know the news is inevitable, why knowingly give up potential profits? Seems like an odd strategy to me.
