Well let's put it this way. If you are a big investor you are someone that does not like to keep your money tied up in one investment. Rather you move that money around from place to place. When the big news hits they will hop on board the train and the money continually stays in motion. That's why some wait. There are others like us that buy in early and are afraid to miss the big pop. Big investors is what will make this thing move once news hits. IMO

In addition to the Beek's input, big investors do not bet on speculation, they bet on sure things. Until BMSN/Regen announces actual progress moving forward with the FDA and the announcement of Regen being available to be publicly traded, they will not invest.

But I do agree, the big investors are what is going to make this move and it's going to move fast when it does.
