Think about it. If you were a scumbag, a RENOWNED scumbag, that just received 185k and vaguely showed up on a company's PR, what would stop you from milking this opportunity, and from spreading information that would tank the PPS so that you could sink some of that 185k into the stock?

I got to give to you man. That is some DD. Thanks for sharing the info and your thoughts. I'm sure someone smart enough will answer your questions but for me, it all sounds like someone really like investigating into the stocks they invest in. Well done. Hope we are holding the real company!!!

You need to sort out a few things;
Be aware that there are 4 companies with similar names:
INDIE GROWERS ASSOCIATION E0126122014-5 Merge Out 3/11/2014
Indie Growers Association E0222812006-5 Previously known as Viking Minerals
Indie Growers Union Inc E0104542014-9
Indie Growers Union LLC 603880361 A Washington corporation. Moreno in Spokane

IGA2014 was merged into IGA2006 3/11/2014 . Note "Merge In" on the IGA2006 info.

FREDERICK BAUMAN and/or FREDERICK C. BAUMAN is agent to a number of companies
involved with this. NVSOS can be searched by agent name.

You can also search by officer name.

Southwest Business Services will get you three John Coleridge Companies.

What ties these together? The name Coleridge for one thing. John and Robert.

The merger was likely used to issue stock for selling. A common practice.
IGA2006 stock was used to buy IGA2014. How much? The 8-K should have said but
the dilution might have negatively affected the price.

Note, there is no evidence that either Coleridge has ownership in any of these. There have been no Form 3 nor 4 filed.

The RS was used to reduce past stockholders shares to insignificance.
The new issues will be what counts.
