So, holy shit...

Found something... maybe...

http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/alex-moreno-spokane-c564946.html

So, as we can see here, John Moreno has a reputation that proceeds him. According to these complaints, the man is basically the devil. So, maybe we should be focusing on why Robert Coleridge would deal with this guy at all. What could he possibly want from him? Here's a theory:

What if Coleridge just needed sole ownership of the Indie Growers Association name? Look here ( and I need boamike to scrutinize this for me): this Indie Growers Association was registered on 3/10/2014: http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=a%252bA0oLRpy7PT1%252f%252f6fMHdLg%253d%253d&nt7=0 .

Look at the name of the agent: Frederick C. Bauman. Hmm. That name seems to fit the same name as found here, for Indie Growers Union, filed on 2/27/2014: http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=mI5Lz4WdNFL1iUe8TBAK%252bg%253d%253d&nt7=0 .

So, the agent listed on the registration for Indie Growers Union was the same agent listed on the latest filing for an Indie Growers Association. And these were both filed in 2014. We know that Moreno has been operating under the Indie Growers Union guise for a while, most likely completely bullshitting people into thinking it's some kind of real business. So, due to being linked to the Indie Growers Union, we can probably assume that the latest filing for the Indie Growers Association is also complete bullshit.

BUT. What about this other listing for Indie Growers Association? This one was filed in 2006, and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with these other two listings. No Frederick C. Bauman mentioned, and a CIK listed, which the other two "companies" lacked: http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=D8XqiDuun%252bzeVcaclXNsRw%253d%253d&nt7=0 . Who's listed as President, Director, etc on this registration? Robert Coleridge. This is the ONLY one of the three that Coleridge appears to be tied to.

So... What if Moreno got lucky? He set up a couple of bullshit companies, and one just so happened (or maybe it was deliberate, by some sort of lucky leaked info that Moreno got a hold of) to be of the same name of Coleridge's baby. His baby that he's been working on for 8 fucking years.

Read the acquisition agreement. It basically says that VKMLD was paying Moreno and the clowns $875,000 for Indie Growers Association. A million bucks, basically.

Is it hard to believe that we've misread things? Why would Moreno and these bullshit Indie Growers Union/Association companies have anything to do with what we're investing in? They share a name, that's all, and VKMLD just paid them a million dollars to stop cockblocking them and to keep them from ever using the name in the future.

Maybe I'm being optimistic. Somebody rip this theory up and tell me why it's wrong. But I don't think, like boamike has theorized, that these companies represent two failed attempts and a third try. I think they represent one real company and two fake ones, one of which the real one has just purchased because it's probably easier to pay this scumbag a million dollars than to risk a dumb lawsuit for some sort of name infringement.

Remember back in the day, when people used to register web domains for potential new films being released, in hopes that the film studios would pay them large amounts of money for their domain names? I think that's EXACTLY what Moreno just got away with here. And I also think he may have blown his payout with his recent YouTube shenannigans.

Anyway. Food for thought.
