Mickey - did it settle Jan 1 or was that a retroactive effective date. I am not sure myself but I give the benefit of doubt to IDCC until proven otherwise.

Mickey just because the contract was back dated does not mean that it was settled back in January.

Mickey .. I don't think it settled January 1 .. that was just the back dating on the final licensing agreement.

Mickey not to start trouble with you, but you have a history of jumping the gun and making outlandish statements when you take news out of context, how stupid do you think idcc is, oh yeah it was settled in january and they are going to let you know that, by stating contract was jan 1, are you kidding, I just don't get some of your posts, don't understand your logic
