Don't it just piss you off that the Ericsson deal was actually settled it appears in January, but instead of saying we have settled, the company has a press release that doesn't say we have basically settled but instead we have a new trial date.

How many dollars did this cost the shareholders who expected a February trial or settlement, which appears did happen but not notified till March.
