Thank You for all your diligent research on the escrow 'shares'. I have always felt that payment of escrow will be what separates escrow owners (people who suffered through the 4-year bankruptcy) from the public of today, who had a chance to buy WMIH on the open market for 25% less then we received in the 'settlement'.
It doesn't really matter that much what the H's get, as long as they are out of the way and the green waterfall can proceed. In the early days I somehow had the insight to gather much escrow, but not too much H escrow. Escrow payment will make this all 'fair and reasonable' for me.
