Sometimes, this case is playing out just as I am currently envisioning. Have said for three years there would never be any third party suits not including O/D, said piers would not be paid before WMIH is capitalized (close) and escrow share owners will be paid before the final close out of the P&A so time will tell.

Quite frankly, I am more optimistic than ever for escrow shares.

The reason there could be no third party suits is because this case has been blacked out for years and there is no way they can allow this case to be exposed to the world by defendants defending themselves.
