~~~~~~ Found an article on BCND dated JUNE 2013 which states the current AUTHORIZED SHARE STRUCTURE was 322,000,000. In the last year, the company has gone to 300,000,000 Authorized million shares. NICE!!!!!!! That's a 22 MILLION share decrease!!! $$$$$$$$$$$$

I FOUND THIS ALSO IN AN ARTICLE............... The company believes it's salvage value in the property to be around 15,000,000 to 18,000,000 ............. So if i divide that by the current Authorized share structure of 300,000,000 million, than would that be a PRICE PER SHARE of about .05 to .06 cents????
