Who is paying who? What are you talking about exactly?
The agreement says that "Cirque" is responsible for funding the "development" of the prototype, which we are all aware of, and if your not aware of, you haven't done any DD here...
At no point did anyone say we were getting paid by Northrop to build this prototype if that's what you are saying...
And cirque isn't "paying" Northrop to have the rights to build this prototype..
