Where is Cirque getting the money to build the prototype through?? a Tigress funding of some kind. People were saying EWRL didn't need Tigress anymore they had NG$. Thanks for confirming NG isn't putting any money into EWRL or the DGU's. We do need Tigress and we do need to raise money to make this deal work.
