I have forgotten more about IP investments and patent litigation than most people actually understand.

WDDD needs to put ATVI in a position, where the lawyers are pushed out of the way and executives are forced into a business decision.

WDDD isn't even close to that point. Lawyer shuffling is irrelevant to anything at this juncture.
