So.... you think Executives of ATVI will be the ones who prep and argue settlement discussions. You have never been apart of litigation have you? This may have been a nonevent today but it leads to the next level of litigation or settlement discussions.

Please elaborate on the qualifications of the executives at ATVI that gives you the confidence they will be the ones to 'settle' complex patent litigation? Once the specialized Legal team has exhausted all their options or 'Management' decides to settle, it will still be the 'OC' attorneys who handle the settlement negotiations.

Remember, this is the domain of the OC... not something in-house counsel would handle. They may provide guidance on behalf of the direction Co., but OC (as you out it) are the experts in this.

Do you know why attorneys get shuffled over the course of litigation? Many times it is to draw on the particular strengths of the attorneys at different stages of the Action.
