ronnie were you part of this deal with richardson this morning....and was your rich friend epsy part of it? rmarshma...you only represented a small % of this board...we are in the process of finding out a lot of stuff..your friend epsy and you and others may have gone way too far in trying to stick something down everyones throat...if you thought it was legal to do...why not be a man for a change and tell this board why you used us in an attempt to hurt idcc over an option issue...for all we know the way once was talking yesterday..he may have funded the whole thing...if you dont respond then your attorney has told you to not say anything...which basically says you have something to hide..i hope a us attorney can track down what you boys tried to do this am...you must a person of tremendous ego problems...art

You're wrong again, Ronny!

I clearly showed you where IDCC’s option grants to managers and directors amounted to 27% according to the proxy

From Page 9 of the Proxy:

As of the end of 2002, the percentage of stock options outstanding held by executive officers was approximately 18% of the total number of stock options outstanding held by all option recipients.

I'm not interested in following your misleading math. That's for the sheep on this board.

I'm not going to play your silly games about ostensibly precise numbers because I want to establish the central point that you have a profound problem with PAY FOR PERFORMANCE systems.

Look at the way you use compensation numbers in a vacuum!!!

Look at the way you twist the solid performance numbers of this company's business plan and its stock beyond recognition!!!

If you distort the PAY in PAY FOR PERFORMANCE and you distort the PERFORMANCE in PAY FOR PERFORMANCE then it's no wonder you come out sounding shrill and fanatical because most reasonable people actually have no problems with that kind of system.

LOL.

HEY RONNIE C'mon back. Where are you? You busy lining up more surveys for some future press release? Ross seems like a real professional, the second time.

rmarchma, were you one of the ones involved in this morning's PR?
