From Page 9 of the Proxy:

As of the end of 2002, the percentage of stock options outstanding held by executive officers was approximately 18% of the total number of stock options outstanding held by all option recipients.

I'm not interested in following your misleading math. That's for the sheep on this board.

I'm not going to play your silly games about ostensibly precise numbers because I want to establish the central point that you have a profound problem with PAY FOR PERFORMANCE systems.

Look at the way you use compensation numbers in a vacuum!!!

Look at the way you twist the solid performance numbers of this company's business plan and its stock beyond recognition!!!

If you distort the PAY in PAY FOR PERFORMANCE and you distort the PERFORMANCE in PAY FOR PERFORMANCE then it's no wonder you come out sounding shrill and fanatical because most reasonable people actually have no problems with that kind of system.
