I wish I could post what I really think about management and the "no" vote. A plague on both your houses but out of self interest I am forced to vote yes on # 2.
Dish, I don't expect this will affect our relationship with IDCC at all. They faced the issue by posting the news on their web site. I'm sure they looked at the survey too and seen it was only 214 that expressed their opinions.
Like I said this might be like voting to raise your taxes for individual investors but institutions look at it from a performance stand point.
