laranger, there will always be small minds expressing jealous rage over management's salaries and perks. The problem here is that these ill-informed zealots took our dirty laundry public.

I'm pretty darn sure that you, Ronny, Corp_Buyer and Desert_Dweller have never been in a position of senior management, never received options, and, most importantly, never been in a position to issue options to others.

laranger, you out there?

You claimed early today (yesterday for you) that InterDig's CFO earns as much as Dupont's CFO.

Not from what I see!

Dupont's CFO, G. M. Pfeiffer earned the folowing in 2002:

Salary - $486,285
Bonus - $500,000
Options - 140,000 shares
Other - $14,439

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/30554/000093041303000866/c26203_def14a.txt

InterDigital's CFO is not considered an executive officer so his compensation is not disclosed in the Proxy Statement. How do you know his salary?

Anyway, let's compare Dupont's CFO with InterDig's CEO (who is our highest paid employee - wouldn't you think?)

Howard's 2002 Compensation:

Salary - $388,500 ($100,000 lower)
Bonus - $204,589 ($300,000 lower)
Options - 0 shares (140,000 shares lower)
All other - $72,536 ($58,000 higher)

laranger, Dupont's CFO earns more than double our CEO including a huge stock option grant. Please explain your comment.
